Në kuadër të projektit “CreaTech”, fitues në thirrjen EIT HEI 2024 – Cohort 4, gjatë periudhës tetor–dhjetor 2025, pranë Fakultetit të Ekonomisë, Universiteti i Tiranës, u zhvilluan trajnime intensive për studentët e UT në kuadër të programit “Knowledge Lab”.
Ky program ofroi një përvojë praktike mësimi ku dija akademike u kombinua me praktikën e industrisë, duke synuar zhvillimin e njohurive dhe aftësive në fushat e:
- inovacionit dhe sipërmarrjes
- industrive kulturore dhe kreative (CCI)
- zhvillimit të ideve kreative dhe projekteve të qëndrueshme
Studentët u përfshinë në katër module kryesore trajnimi:
- Kuptimi dhe Gjenerimi i Ideve në CCI
• Menaxhimi i Rritjes dhe Qëndrueshmërisë Financiare
• Ndërtimi i Kornizës së Biznesit Krijues
• Nga Plani në Zbatim – Zhvillimi i Planit të Biznesit
Rezultatet e programit ishin shumë inkurajuese:
- 149 studentë përfunduan me sukses Knowledge Lab Training Program.
- 23 studentë u përfshinë në Knowledge Lab Mentorship Program, të fokusuar në zhvillimin e projekteve kreative dhe planeve të biznesit.
Pjesëmarrësit treguan angazhim, përkushtim dhe pjesëmarrje aktive, duke përmbushur me sukses të gjitha kërkesat dhe vlerësimet e programit. Në përfundim studentët u pajisën me certifikata të pjesëmarrjes.

Training and Mentorship for UT Students within the CreaTech Project – Knowledge Lab Program
Within the framework of the CreaTech project, selected as a winner under the EIT HEI 2024 – Cohort 4 call, intensive training activities were implemented for students of the University of Tirana at the Faculty of Economics during the period October–December 2025, through the Knowledge Lab Program.
The program offered a hands-on learning experience where academic knowledge was combined with industry practice, aiming to develop students’ knowledge and skills in the fields of:
- innovation and entrepreneurship
- cultural and creative industries (CCI)
- development of creative ideas and sustainable projects
Students participated in four main training modules:
- Understanding and Generating Ideas in CCI
• Managing Growth and Financial Sustainability
• Building the Creative Business Framework
• From Planning to Implementation – Business Plan Development
The outcomes of the program were highly encouraging:
-149 students successfully completed the Knowledge Lab Training Program
- 23 students participated in the Knowledge Lab Mentorship Program, focused on the development of creative projects and business plans.
Participants demonstrated strong engagement, commitment, and active participation, successfully fulfilling all program requirements and assessments. Upon completion, students were awarded certificates of participation.
