Biografia: Shyqyri Llaci is lecturer/researcher at FEUT, in the area Business Management, Leadership and Corporate governance. He has obtained a PhD in the area of Productivity management and is full professor at FEUT since 2001 Mr. LLaci is author and c/author of several university textbooks, one monograph and has been involved in different projects, and activities regarding scientific research. He, also, has published a lot of articles in Albania and abroad in scientific journals and has participated with papers presented at well-known scientific conferences and journals in different western countries. During years 1993-194 has been v/dean and 1994-1995 dean of the faculty of Economy. In 2008-2012 has been v/dean. And since 2012 holds the position of Head of management department. Member of senate of Tirana University for many years and again member of the senate for 2016-2020. Member of High commission of Accreditation for Higher Education for 8 years until 2012.
Fusha e kërkimit: Artikuj dhe studime shkencore mbi manaxhimin dhe biznesin, aspekte të organizmit të firmave dhe të efektivitetit organizativ, dimensione të lidershipit në mjedisin shqiptar. Manaxhimi dhe motivimi i punonjësve në shekullin e ri, qeverisja e shoqërive, aksionere dhe atyre tregtare në tërësi, qeverisja e shoqërive aksionere në sektorin publik dhe në vendet e EJL, manaxhimi i produktivitetit. Fushë e interesit shkencor është edhe manaxhimi krahasues si edhe reformimi financimi dhe akreditimi i arsimit të lartë në Shqipëri. Së fundi fusha e interesit shkencor fokusohet edhe tek angazhimi i punonjësve si edhe manaxhimi i talenteve në organizatat e biznesit.
